This past week has been a busy one! The boys and girls have continued to get to know one another better and have enjoyed sharing their Bio Bags.
On Wednesday Mrs. Kristensen read us the story, The Most Magnificent Thing. She then gave each table group a box of random items, with the task of creating the most magnificent thing we could think of. The children were so excited to get started and busily worked for most of the morning creating their magnificent projects. The children were very proud of their finished products and gave each one a name. Mrs. K was impressed with our creativity, imagination, perseverance, and ability to solve problems.

I math we have been exploring patterns by identifying them in the world around us, and by using various materials to create patterns of our own. We made pattern snakes this week as well.

Mrs. Kristensen would like to post more photos on our blog, including ones with our faces, but we need to have consent via the online forms. If you have not already done so, please fill out the photo release form that was included in the Brooksbank online forms sent out by email a few weeks ago.
Thank you!
