Valentine's Day is in the air! On Tuesday morning we made love monster boxes for our Valentine cards with our Grade 6 buddy class.

Yesterday afternoon we read a story called See a Heart, Share a Heart which is a compilation of photographs of all the things around us that can resemble hearts. For example, a knot in a tree, or the way a snake can coil itself can both resembles hearts. We then ventured out to the forest  and were surprised to see that if you look carefully enough, hearts  really are all around!
Then we used chalk to share a heart, and drew pictures of hearts and left kind words and messages along the pathway through the forest for passersby to enjoy!
